Are you saying they are going to lose everyone of those games, cmon will ya!!!

Get into the real world for gods sake, we have no chance of winning the league this year. Third possibly second is our best bet.

Mathematically it's not impossible and nobody is debating that. It's not probable because we won't win the remainder of our games.

Chelsea have dropped points but a seven point gap [which could be more tomorrow] is not easy to cut down. We would have to keep winning and we have to play Arsenal,Chelsea and Manure at Anfield still.

:nod

agree. a draw and a loss and its 4th, 3rd at best. a couple of wins and its 2nd.

the gap is 7 points. chelsea play villa tonight (villa have lost the last 4 games in a row and haven't won since nov11th), so it should be 3points for chelski

10points is still catchable. course it is. but lets not count chickens and lets not get into a game of 'what ifs'

Its only the 2nd Jan.... at the end of feb lets look at the table and see where we are

I may be wrong but i'm sure i can remember one season in the 80's when we were miles behind at christmas and then we won something rediculous like 18 games in a row to take the title. F**king awsome, those were the days. :)

chelski drew,we have just as good goal dif then them

1 Man Utd 22  9 1 1 26 7  8 2 1 23 8  34 54
2  Chelsea 22  7 4 0 20 8  7 2 2 17 9  20 48
3 Liverpool 22  9 2 0 23 3  3 2 6 9 13  16 40
4   Arsenal 22  6 5 0 28 8  5 1 5 13 11  22 39
still with these games:

liverpool v arsenal
liverpool v chelsea
liverpool v man utd

chelsea v man utd

arsenal v man utd
arsenal v chelsea

we have all them teams at home, they wont beat usthere, chelsea man utd have to visit emirates and united have to go to stamford bridge,we still have them all at our fortress and we unbeaten in 14 months there

we play chelsea in 2 weeks.

why is it that teams welcome back impportant players they've missed through injury against us....

chelsea will have terry, robben and cech back according to the reports. - so they will be the strongest they've been since the 14th october. Arsenal have got henry back - just in time for our two games. not saying we'll lose or anything of the sort, but it just seems like all the absent big-name players come back just in time to play us

the above isnt really related to the topic, but i didnt think it justified a new thread - but it fitted into peters post above looking at future games
