its that age old thing of the heart not wanting it but the head saying it has to be.
None of us know the extent of the takeover, i mean what impact the takeover will have. how much they will be involved, timescales for possible investment returns, reselling etc
But we do know Parry/Moores have been involved in looking for a buyer/investor for years now. We know that they do have the clubs interests at heart and I trust their judgement that they have not only chosen someone who will put money into the club, but someone who will keep the traditions of Liverpool Football Club alive. They said no to so many people, some of whome (*cough, morgan, cough*) more than once
You have looked at it fairly pesimistically above so heres the optomistic version:

And how will it change?
There will be more pressure on Rafa look at Pardew.
These wont have the fans best interest at heart either, they will want to make more and more money a.s.a.p.
I dont think there will be any more pressure on Rafa than there already is. There will always be huge pressure on liverpool, arsenal, utd and chelsea to win the league and the cups. Pardew was an exception - he had lost 14 out of his last 18 matches - any manager with that record would be under scrutiny - and i've seen them get sacked for less than that.
More money and asap is not likely. They are wise businessmen who know this is long term. They are not stupid. Utd became the worlds richest club in the mid 90's and stayed there for 7years - but it took time for them to get there. DIC know that. They dont expect immeadiate results. They know they have to wait for 65000 bums on seats before they get a good revenue from a stadium, they know you need to build a team and allow them to gel before winning the league. They know that they will still be here in 10years - otherwise they wouldn't see any return.
What about the new stadium with new owners Anfield gone only a memory in our minds it will never be replicated never.
The famous European nights will be a thing of the past, it wont happen at the new ground.
Unfortunately i agree with you here. anfield is sacred. but we cannot build on anfield. utd, arsenal, man city have huge revenues from filling 50/60/70 thousand seater stadiums and we need to keep up. Man city moved from Maine road, heartbrakingly for them, but successfully, and enjoy a great atmosphere there. Arsenal are not quite used to their ground yet - but given time to settle in they will make it theirs.
Anfield and its history eclips all other grounds and is more sacred than most. but takeover or not, it had to happen. - Can you belive that we were actually thinking about groundsharing with the bitters as a serious option??
Moores has been good to us. and we thank him for it. we now need to trust that the people he has chosen to takeover the club are the right people. The people who will respect us as a football club and respect the traditions we hold so dear.

It is a time of uncertainty for all of us. Not one of us really knows how this will turn out. But we have to have faith in Parry and Moores to be taking us down the right path and with the right people in this takeover bid.
We hope this will make Liverpool Football Club stronger, and bring back the glory days we once enjoyed. Lets try and think positively about it. Just like we do when we play utd or chelsea away. Somewhere in the back of our minds - we know we could lose - but we dont think about that. We just think about winning, about the positive side of the game. We will our team to do well. And thats what we have to do here. Even though - in the back of our mind, we have worries and doubts - we need to show the new owners what this club is about, and why we are the greatest football club in history.
