ok game over, we never played well but at least we got 3 points, earlier in the season we would have not ground out the win so we are in the right direction

didnt get to see most of the game but from what i did see we made hard work of it, still another clean sheet and a couple of more goals in the plus column. lets hope we can keep up this run of form over the christmas period.

Certainly 'ground out' the result there!!

Well happy tho, 3 more points which are vital concidering results elsewhere and give Watford credit, they didn't lie down and that is exactly the type of team that we have slipped up on in the past.

F*cking great pair of goals as well with Xabi's being absolute vintage - there's another thread with video's of him and he's scored that type of goal throughout his career. Pennant was distinctly average and Kuyt struggled, although he did improve in the second half. Thought it was a good move bringing him of at the death, let him know the fans believe in him.
