well guys today is the day that the bung report will be published. the only names that will be mentioned are names where there is strong evidence to support the claims.

anyway i though it should have its own thread to discuss the findings and air any worries

The only conclusion they will come to is tha the FA couldnt ge laid in a brothel (even smeg can do that!!!!) so they will turn over the overseeing of transfers to an independent party.

It would be nice, but I can't see it happening personally.

I think there'll be lots of insinuation, but the report will come to the conclusion that there's not enough evidence to bring any charges. All in all I expect a bit of a blowout.

With regards to us, I don't see us being implicated at all. It would be easy to explain away the signings of Diouf, Diao et al as the result of corruption from Houllier, but I belive it was just pure bad judgement.

As I said, I don't expect anyone to get in any real trouble as a result of this report, but if anyone does, I'd expect to see Sh!tski, Bolton & Fulham involved. I think the world and his wife knows about the allegations involving Bolton, and the way Sh!tski tend to do things it wouldn't shock me in the slightest. Don't really know why I think Fulham will be involved, I've just got a feeling they will.

Diouf and Diao at the time were not bad judgement. We signed them before the world cup, in which they both played as players of the tournament of somewhere up there?

that transfer was under investigation in france at one stage but i dont know the outcome of it

Who was it that thought they had a phonecall from george weah about his cousin and signed him... then it turned out it was some guys agent and the guy that (souness?) brought was possibly the worst player in history?

souness at southampton, he brought him on one game as a sub and the brought him off again 10 minutes later because he was so bad

then there was the keeper redknapp signed whilst at west ham, the guy had some kind of breakdown and moved into a caravan in norfolk or something... those are the types of transfers we need to see more of
