If your on 4mg like me your upload is bad and your download is about right. My download is always 3.8mg steady as a rock so I think this test is a bit generous. Strangely I always get 4mg when I test with my IP
Ps where do you check your speed, apart from the link you put up mate) see im that bad

example: im on bitlord (acquiring) 17 episodes of "Thomas and Friends" 624mb. it took 13 hrs to D/L. All the way through the process my d/l was at max 87kb:- u/l was 14kb.
also this site hangs/freezes on several occasions...Outlook at times is like waiting for christmas to arrive. (i understand traffic volume etc..) but not on all apps?...in general i do not notice much difference between 4mg and the original 1 or 2meg.
it seems BY and their 4meg package is anything but fast to me...but having said that, im vague to say the least where computers come in. so.....

That will be their restriction (the download site) not yours! Try the site I mentioned and a 4.9gb dvd will take you about 3.5hrs.
