Well im sorry but i couldnt give a to$$ about starving people in Africa...im sorry but i dont. Im more worried about the starving people on our streets, the pensioners who cant afford heating etc etc

Im all for helping, but it begins at home. Our country thinks we are richer than we are, why wipe out all debt to a country that owes us money when we need the money to help our own people?

(nb: this isnt a race thing, its not about colour, its about geography. if someone i lived with was hugry, but so was someone down the road, i wouldnt feed the bloke down the road)

Africa can never pay back the debt, the inflation on the debt is too high, and this creates poverty, famine and unnecessary death. If we don't do anything for Africa than the least we can do is wipe off the debt. Here's something to think about. If the British Empire, French empire and other European empires didn't colonise these places, didn't drain all their resources, didn't exploit these people then they would be fine. The British Empire and other European countries went along and forced their values down these people's throats. So whilst you may not care, don't ever think these people owe us anything because they owe us nothing, we on the other hand owe them something. It's Europe's fault these people are caught in a vicious cycle.

but we also took the resources from canada, australia, malaysia, india, pakistan etc etc etc, none of these countries are suffering because of British rule, it seems like its just the african countries. we dont control any african country now, they are being controlled by corrupt governments happy to line their own pockets and forget about their obligations, and they are happy to forget their obligations while people are sending money to their country absolving them of their responsibilities
