We're not cursed.
After the Dalglish era, we self-destructed under Graeme Souness.
While Man United were signing people like Eric Cantona we were signing people like Paul Stewart.
It took us a long time to recover from that era and we also missed the boat commercially. Man United used their success and slapped their logo on everything. We didn't, but should have (a Liverbird would look pretty cool on a clock or a stationary set).
That set us back even further.
