Good post, Lando!
Watched a programme on the Somme last night and it brought it home what they all went through.
Original film footage was played and authentic diary entries read out.....very moving.
Like alot of families who had to send sons to war.....my great grandma sent her 5, and only 2 came back....one of them was my grandad.
WE WILL REMEMBER THEM..
