Its seems that Roberts has been banned for the 3rd time and final time as his IP has been banned from this forum.
Roberts is a twat but he is my type of one and he does make this place a hell of a lot better for a laugh and a giggle. I don't know the original goings on with him and a mod but I think they should of resorted to sorting it out by PM and not this public spat in the forum.

I for one would like to know the reasons for Roberts 3rd dismissal and I would like to know why threads where people voice their opinions over the matter keep getting deleted. People like Roberts and feel he was hard done by .

I don't want to cause any trouble but I feel a review of this case needs to be conducted and make sure Roberts is just not the victim of someone who doesn't like him.

Barry Belfast may call me a wancer, but does that mean he would get banned - I dont think so.

Firstly a ban is issued to the member and not to an identity.
Threads were left in place for a good while until certain new identities used them to be abusive.
Roberts was not banned because "I didn't like him"
There has been and will be members on this forum who I dislike/disliked more than Roberts but have never been banned.

There seems to be a crossover from another forum that seems hell-bent on causing untold problems here and one can only assume it's to increase its own membership at the expense of the continued popularity of this forum.It is a similar problem that the forum experienced a couple of years ago when Roberts and associates caused problems whilst promoting their own forum.

Thanks for the response supersub. It just that we had not heard from you in a while and your point of views are not getting across. I do frequent Roberts forum but I do not plan to "be hent bent on causing problems". This forum is by far the mostly visited, best posters and professionally ran Liverpool Forum out there.

Roberts is a friend , well as much as a internet friend can be

and all we are getting our one side of view. The deletion of threads I think is unnecessary but your the moderators not me. Just airing my views.

well i'm with supersub 100% on this one. i like roberts but he had plenty of warnings and is intelligent enought to know better so i've no sympathy with him i'm afraid

Never had a problem with Roberts (mild annoyance maybe..) but I reckon that a ban means a ban. I mean if the member is banned once, he should be banned immediately upon returning (unless they are given amnesty)

However the speed that he was re-banned, plus the deletion of numerous threads is a little perplexing.

I thought it was a mistake to delete the threads and ban Roberts , but there is obviously a lot more to this than I am aware of.

Viva the revolution, but maybe I will stick to Rafa's until more information comes out.

Roberts came back as MPR but instead of just getting on with it he seemed bent on continuing his feud with Supersub when it was clearly time for him to just let it go . There was only ever gonna be one winner .

The sad thing was I knew Roberts had re-registered and I never banned him straight away despite the view some have ,but I will not tolerate personal abuse and insults.Not once have I insulted or abused Roberts in anyway and I expect to be afforded the same courtesy.It's not a lot that I ask but for some it obviously is.
