I'm from HK, I made a bet with my mate that if Lativia were to win Euro 2004, I would have to pay him $6000 hk dollars, but if any team other then Lativia win Euro 2004 e.g. (the rest of the other 15 teams ) he'd have to play me $3000 bucks, WUHAHA LOL, the easiest 3000 i've made in my life..!  :p

I understand underdogs can win it but it is Lativia!
