Should we buy Cisse, is it too late? is there any way of backing out.

I am not saying that he is not good enough, I haven't seen much of him. It just seems strange to spend £14m on a player GH wanted and then get a new manager in who might prefer a different player.

Deal has been done. I have a feeling Benitez was consulted over it actually.

Make no mistake, the prospective new manager will have been consulted on this signing, without doubt.

Also if Benitez is the man, no problem as Valencia where one of the clubs who put in a bid for Cisse last close season, and guess who was manager there at the time.

Nah Owen isn't going anywhere, I just hope he stays injury free this season cos Cisse and Owen will be awesome, plus with Milan as backup I think Owen could get 20+

Theres a point i didn't think of to be honest.

If Benitez gives it the go ahead then of course it should go through.

Otherwise i ain't so sure.

We'll be in good shape next season i think.
