Not been around on the forum for a while Phil due to prior commitments etc..... Always good to catch up with you mate on here and hear the highs and lows as you fight the good fight.

hello everyone.....had the operation again,bit  sore......... stitches in both shoulders  and  stitches in gums  results in a couple of weeks

Hope the stitches don't 'cause too much discomfort and that you can sleep reasonably well.
