Does anyone know how to record of TV from the internet thissite has a lot of good stuff on it including live premiership football on it, so I was just wondering if it can be recorded

I Use a satellite sytem myself,which i can install a hardrive into it.
but as long as you have a usb plug in harddrive  facility and a decent software programme like VLC you should be ok
