Anybody seen this series or watching the re-runs... new series due out soon.

It is a fantastic series, great idea (cop goes back in time to the 70's but he is actually in a coma in the present), music awesome... just great telly. Old fashioned policing (t.wat first ask questions later) meets today's politically correct policing... hilarious.

In one episode the two main coppers have a wager "A tenner and a Party Seven"... FPSML :laugh:

I wanted to watch this first time round but never got round to it and now I've missed the re-runs. Im sure I'll get round to watching it some day as I'm a bit of a nut for good quality TV.

You've got to watch the first series Macca... it is really good tv - up there with Band of Brothers, Prime Suspect, Cracker... y'know all the really good stuff. Imagine going back in time to The Sweeney or, if you're American, Kojak or f.ucking Shaft...

Got season one for a prezzy of the missus , it's class. For anyone who remembers he 70's it seems pretty spot on.

Watched the first series and it was class, the old school copper is hilarious and the way they always end up scrapping

Yeah he's called Gene (the Gene Genie), plays a great part and is hilarious with it. Just found a bit on him, a few comparisons to football managers...

Yeah... scheduled for next year sometime which seems way off but hey we're near the end of september already
