Ciggy, you shouldn't post after a defeat. I've never heard such doom and gloom, but you're not alone. Some of you guys need to get over yourselves. A single loss and the season's over according to some of you. There is sooooo much ego in here it's disturbing.

My view??

I think Rafa wanted to start with a team that was predominantly experience in the rigors of a Merseyside derby. Hence Carragher & Finnan at the back and Fowler up front. Yep, he stuffed up, but hindsight is a wonderful thing isn't it.

Alonso, Garcia & Fowler were passengers most of the game. Carragher was like a leaky ship and was totally outclassed by a speedy opponent.

Let's face it folks, we was outclassed (no, out muscled...there wasn't that much class out there) by a side that wanted it more than we did. But that was the main distinction...they wanted it more.

Game over....drown the sorrows and up again for Wednesday. You all know this side has far too much class to allow this ONE defeat to end our season. To think otherwise is just downright disloyal.

I am not Andrew Johnson on bluekipper.

I closed my account down on kipper ages ago, because of the stuff being posted and how downhill the site had gone.
