I WILL miss Anfield when it goes 'cos there's nothing like going to the match there and approaching it from the city centre and turning onto Breck Road and seeing the KOP looming up ahead making the houses and shops look tiny next to it.
However I do think the time has come to move to a new stadium and quickly. Anfield has provided LFC fans with many great memories but we have to look at the bigger picture here and realise that staying put is eventually going to restrict our ability to have many more great days and nights watching the reds. We need to move forward and not get stuck in the past. Being stuck in the pas has probably led to us going without the championship for nearly 17 years now. As long as we keep the supporters who make Anfield what it is I don't see why the New Anfield can't be even more dominating and terrifying to the oppostion.
