I dont need a motorway I walk down Lambert road, an up the Valley, but I suppose its a bit of a hike getting to Woodison from Wales tho.

I know I said I didnt want Neill but I would have liked a right back to cover for Finnan. Maybe Palletta or Carra will have to supply the cover till we get Alves at Christmas. Once we qualify from our CL group we may have enough to buy Alves. A disapointing night really as I was told by a reliable source(Welsh Wizzard) that we would be signing Alves tonight.

although i'm by no means a fan of carragher as a full back, he'll be shifted there if finnan does get injured. i've no qualms about agger coming into the centre of defence for carragher.

one other option of course would be to go with three at the back, but with kromkamp noe gone, i can't see who would play in the right wing back role.

It's not that we questioned the accuracy of your prediction, lad, it's that it was common feckin' knowledge by the time you got around to posting it. The rumours have been flying for the last few days that Kromkamp was off to PSV and that Rafa had targeted Neill as RB cover. So, next time get with the program earlier to spare your blushes sunshine!

Well, on the down side we failed to get Neill in as cover for Finnan. On the upside, Kevvy boy's been banned and we don't have to put up with his special brand of sh!te any longer! Even steven, I say.
