well.......i've had 1 hour sleep all night,bloody knackered.Just finished egg on toast and a coffee.I've just taken 26 tablets of various forms and basically now feel like i could sleep all day.Karens hairderesser coming at 10am,my daughter and palative nurse arriving at 11.30.......its all go..

can i go back to sleep please wake me up at 2.30 for the ring changing bit......

BTW not to worry anyone the tablets are my normal 8am dose followed by more at 2pm,8pm,and midnight.
