Hi Phil and Karen... I'm guessing that its either today (saturday) or tomorrow or about now anyway that you're getting married so just a short message to wish you all the best and hope that you have an excellent day

congratulations to the pair of you

managed to get downstairs and in a wheel chair for 20 minutes this morning and into the garden. That was until it started píssing down and my lower back and legs started killing me.So hopefully i might make it outside to say my vows on wednesday if i can do the same thing again over the next few days.I dont really fancy the thought of vicars, registrars, nurses, witnesses and of course Karen all dressed up,all standing around looking at me in bed.

well chuffed with it John.I have it up here next to my bed with my signed get well one from the liverpool Squad i received in hospital in May.I really thought it had been signed before they went to the WC Whats disappointing now is someone has written to the club about my impending wedding and i've received another one from the club identical from the last one with  no new players and players who have left (two days ago i received it) which makes me think they have thousands photocopied and not personal at all.........oh well niave me. :D

You deserve it mate, from what I can gather you are one seriously strong-willed man, an inspiration to us all IMO.

Keep fighting mate, it's great that you can still post on here,  i'm sure everyone loves reading what you have to say.

Good luck with the wedding on Wedneday.  :)

:D nahhh  i'm sure really apart from friends i've known a while on here, most get fed up up with me harping on about my illness.I do try to contribute with the odd funny moment and football related view, but with very unusual memory problems i ask for forgiveness if i'm ever slightly out with the odd fact at the moment.
Apart from that i will keep on giving my input as long as i can.

Friends are not only to drink and laugh, but bad moments as well. Don't feel sorry for that.
