Any curses in Turkish will have been referrences to earlier posts in this thread when the site was beseiged by many Turkish fans straight after the draw.Those posts have now been deleted from this thread.

Personally, I have no problem with Turkish people. I've been to Turkey many times and talked to some really nice people while there.

Earlier in this thread i posted some stuff in Turkish that was offensive and wrong. I did this due to some Turkish fans posting spam on this thread, and more insultingly on Drummer Phils.

For all those turkish people who are visitors here for good and decent chat and debate on Football matters i am really sorry - and meant to cause no one offence. For those who sent me PM's later, sod off.

Hey guys,

I am a Galatasaray fan too. I want to apologize for some posts in this topic by some other Turkish fans. I bet they are some teenager morons. They don't represent the majority here.

I was at the Olympic Stadium when the miracle happened and you guys came back from 0-3 to beat AC Milan. I nearly cried when that happened. I can say for sure that most Galatasaray fans respect and are sympathetic to Liverpool. You are welcome here and hope I can meet some of your fans somewhere to have a few beers before the game.

Good luck to both teams in CL.
