finally Rafa has his man, only seen a little of him in the world cup and wasnt impressed, but in Rafa we trust and atlast we can end all the speculation.

Kuyt's record in holland is superb. I think he will have no problem adjusting to the premiership. Many players such as van horse face, robben, van persie, bergkamp, stam etc have all come from dutch clubs and had no problem in the premiership. I think this is mainly due to the fact that the dutch league is also quite physical. He will be used to coming up against people such as rio ferdinand because dutch defenders are a similar build. I'm sure van persie, kromkamp etc will have told him exactly how physical the premiership is. Dirk himself is well built and looks as if he could put himself about. I think he will be able to cope and with having players like gerrard around him will make him even better. I think the lad has proved he can stick the ball in the net in holland and I think he can do it in england aswell.
