Personally I find all this wailing and gnashing of teeth a bit hard to take.
Love him or hate him he's not dead !! the guy has only lost his job ! and to soften the blow he has a £1.5 million plus going away present.
More than most of us will ever see in our lifetimes.
90% of the people in this forum have been calling for him to go , well now he has . Whats the problem ?
Time to look forward to a potentially explosive season and a brighter future.

Well, I have to say, I think he is a fantastic manager in many ways.
Not only did he instill into the players a sense of virtue, he also put the needs & passion of others before his own health. It's one thing to win a title, it's another to stay so loyal & dignified. In my opinion, he is worth a hell of a lot more than 1.5 million!!!!
