Me and my mates are having a discussion and we cant remember the name of the eccentric/mad scientist type guy who was around in the eighties.  Old fella who used to wave his arms about theatrically.

I think he did stuff on Swap shop etc

Thanks mate but its not Heinz Wolffe, the guy was older and bald and thinner.
