I don't think Bellamy's attitude within the confines of the club will be a problem. He will be amoungst players of true international class - Stevie, Carra, Alonso, Reina, etc, etc - so he will not be the best player in the club, and he will know it, else the kop will remind him!

Hopefully, his wife and liverpool players will keep him out of trouble outside the club. Just keep him away from Crouchie, his dancing, and his photo snorting girlfriend.

i think more should be done to tell people about the dangers of snorting photo's. Kids, just say no!

Fair point St Mike, I only ever looked at his season's tallys in the past and wasn't that impressed. Never really followed him that closely and therefore didn't realise he'd played so few games in recent years due to injury. But then again that's a problem in itself as you say.

Villa's price will rocket after the world cup, and he is already sitting about 15-20 million worth imo - he's no longer an option.

Was reading in 4-4-2 magazine there that Villa would actually have considered a move to us last summer, when 12 million euros was all it would have taken. But he's very settled at Valencia now. Still, you can't say we'd have got the same player if we'd signed him last summer, he was probably right to establish himself as a top la liga player at that stage before risking it in a different league. Still, makes you wonder...

I think its a pretty much done deal. He has a buyout clause and its obvious he's not going to turn down a chance to playing Champions league football at Liverpool FC. Although i still don't like the guys personality, if he does the business on the field and keeps his nose clean, i won't have any problem.

Well it looks like this ones nearly tied up and looks like the alves deal will be tied up soon so thats the RW and one striker sorted. Just need another striker to go along with them 2 and we are complete, im hoping for a special signing

i agree with u goat for once lol i really do hope we have a special signing he has been keeping quiet and that is the best thing about benitez he keeps his transfer targets quiet so the likes of chelsea madrid and barcalona can't steal them off us

na they are just too expensive sumone in our price range for example van persie (only a example) or someone young

I would be happy with signing bellamy, he would probably do well for us but his temperament could be a problem. We will probably be taking a gamble by buying him but he could also be a bargain for 6mil if he does well

The guy has talent but there is no doubt in my mind that he is a bad apple. Seemed to be a trouble maker at Newcastle and looks to be the same at Blackburn. How many times do you see him mouthing off to his team mates - even at Blackburn under the influence of his mentor - do we really need that at our club?? I'm sorry but I'm convinced he will not change now and will upset the system. If Rafa signs him then he needs his head testing. STEER CLEAR!!

yeah for once i am thinking about what i am writing and certainly bellemy could be the stricker we are looking for hes got pace and can finished one on ones i wonder whos name pops up when i say he can finish one on ones unlike a certain player i will let u work that out
