Cisse breaks leg - May never play again

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

right now i am concerned of this guy's feelings, he's strating to gain confidence in his play, he's going to the WC, and now its all ended with him on the bed for the next 6 months or even more.As a cisse fan i am gutted to see people critizing when right now he needs people's support.

Rafa just said that it will affect his transfer activities accoring to koptalk so i feel its bad for everyone. This guy is just plain unlucky to get his by the same type of injury twice within a year or so.

not meaning to sound too callous, but if he had to retire would the money from insurance be more than what we would get from a transfer fee? its harsh to say and as some here know ive always been on his side but money talks im sorry to say

I doubt it.

Well it looks like Rafa's whole transfer plan for the summer has now gone to pot. I for won't blame Cisse, the fact that Rafa had to rely on selling one of his players to gain money to sign players shows that the board of Directors obviously haven't supplied Rafa will adequate funds. I think the Liverpool board need to take a look at themselves and ask if they supply for Liverpool's future. This scrimping and saving is ridiculous, even if we have two members of the board who geniunely care about Liverpool Football Club. Sometimes when you care it's best to let go.

We need to make progress this season or last season would of been a complete waste, you can't just improve and then stop, you have to keep on improving and improving all the time. The buck stops with the board on this issue.

(No I don't want an Ambramovich figure before one of you suggest)

Mmm, i agree its about time moores/parry got their fingers out and get our board to stump up the necessery funds for rafa, otherwise if we dither again we will fall even further behind the top two in the prem. What was it that parry said after our champions cup win...."the fans will be amazed at the signings we will make"?."they will put bums on seats"...well wer'e still waiting Mr parry :sleep

I genuinly wish Cisse well, and used to be a fan of his.

But I feel it is in Liverpool's best interests if he goes and after all the club is what matters, surely.

(I don't want to evoke your wrath here, Oasis, and from reading some of your posts u come across as quite a scary guy.)

Yeah the club does matter, Cisse's money could well have been used on new players, seeing as it looks like the board hasn't given Rafa adequate funds to buy better players to move our progression further. :no

However it's the day after the lads broken his leg and hardly any genuine compassion or heart felt regards are going about, everyone's saying "get well soon Djib, pissst when do we get our £8million" to me that's not on.

And please say you're taking the :censored: with the last part of your post.

I think his football boots are to blame, apprantely his studs got stuck in the turf and as he went down his leg buckled and as you can broke.

I think companies should make protecting the players from these type of injuries like this one their main priority and not worrying about being flashy, that's just my two cents tho.
