Cole may be small but he is strong enough in the tackle and he works extreamly hard!
Ask any West Ham fan
At Chelsea he is in a bad situ as he is constantly trying to do too much to impress and there does loose it a little too easy!

i'd love to see joe cole at liverpool. just the kind of creative flair player we need. he also works hard. he was captain at west ham for a start.

he's not going to be a regular at chelsea so he's going to have to look elsewhere. apparently everton were in for him but why would he want to play division 1 football?

Dawson he was only inconsistent at chelsea
West ham he was regularly a great player!
I dont think he will be too much either as i think Chelski will bring in more new players and push out the old (1 year old lol)

At the risk of sounding like a stuck record Malbranque would be my clear 1st choice for midfield, I think that if Joey Cole was ever going to really set the world on fire he would've done by now.

I have my concerns about Cisse due only to GH's record on signing Frenchmen untested outside of France, but you guy's seem to think he's the business so I'll go with that.

As for a defender again I'l defer to your more informed knowledge as I'm not really big into my continental club football however a player I like and who's rarely put a foot wrong is Craig Moore of the Gers, he's only 28 (which surprised me!!) and would definitely more than hold is own in the P'ship imho.....

Personally I'd love to see Gaizka Mendieta in midfield alongsde Stevie G.... and as for the right I don't know. Malbranque isn't really a right mid

craig moore your having a laugh mate, ive seen him a good few times and although he is good in scotland he would get destroyed in the premiership!

i think joe cole would be good, cisse will be awesome i guarantee it, i dont know about malbranque to be honest, a lot of people have mentioned him but i feel if he is that good why is he at fulham? :cool:

As for Craig Moore I don't know what basis you could possibly have for saying he'd be destroyed in the English Prem, apart from the same old "Scottish Prem is ****** therefore there's no way....." twaddle. Amoruso was a different matter, he was just a big, gay lump of lard who only got up for the games with them lot.

But you don't suddenly become a sh*t player. He got f*cked around at Lazio and has had an impressive enough season with Middlesborough.. he is class and will come again.
