I think only Guillermo Franco, Marquez and Borgetti are the only three Mexicans in the Mexican team who play for European clubs, the rest play either in the Mexican leagues, Argentine leagues or somewhere in South America.

England have a lot of top players but they don't get anywhere. Mexico have top players Fonseca, Bravo, Pardo, Marquez ( as you know) so there is quality in that squad. Mexico have a much better chance than England at winning the World Cup. Mexico have top players, Mexico have the right attitude and right mentality that can deliever them the cup.
People can write Mexico off till the cows come home, it's no secret that the Mexicans thrive when they are branded under-dogs. They're the team to watch this World Cup.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying that they will win it but they have a much better chance than a few teams that are being branded favourites. If you're basing your views on friendles, I wouldn't bother, it's no secret that Mexico tinker and experiement with new players in friendlies, friendlies don't bother them.
It will be interesting to see how they fair this World Cup. But as I said on their day they are unbeatable. The burning question is, will it be their day everyday throughout the WC?
Ace Ventura wrote:England have far better players than Mexico, that is without a doubt, Mexico's qualifying group is always dog poo thats why they are consistently at the finals.
But never once have they looked like doing it. They performed quite well at the last world cup but were still nowhere near to going all the way.
England might blow it again, but how many times in major tournaments have we gone out on penalties ?
The last world cup we were out played by 10 man Brazil but in the heat and humidity and with a half fit player (Beckham) on the pitch that would of been a major factor.
I am confident England will go further than Mexico and if they were to face them would deffo come out on top.
Rooney is injured but even without him we have players of the calibre of Gerrard Owen Beckham Terry and the Coles, there is quality all of the field, players playing for the top sides in Europe.
With the competition being in Europe it makes me feel Mexico will struggle further.
I could be well off the mark with this and biased but thats my opinion.

are u fom oasis because u dont seem to be very patriotic. for what its worth i rate mexico, and also think it will be an argy/brazil final. football is too global now so to say a south american team wont win it is naieve but england do have a good chance with the players they have barring injuries
