I fell that liverpool and gerard houllier (hopfully i will not have to write that again) should look for quality of a different kind. instead of a hormonal kid who has argasms over stepovers we need some strong persistant uncomposed players who have orgasms every time that they play for that once infamous red shirt i am taking about the likes of

Bellamy
Giggs
Gerrard
Carragher
Holland
Keane (robbie)
Duff

All of these players (especially the irish) have a culture of devotion, sacrifice and loyalty.

i.e. Jamie Carragher instaed of leaving a shot for the keeper to deal with e will hulf his body at a football to get a corner kick.

all characters and people who off the ball look like really nice guys. think of Diouf we seems like a dick who is probable thinking of his break from first team football as easy money!

Time to bring back some tweed and bagpipes back to liverpool

Yeah Dave Tweed and Roger Bagpipes would be a class act up front together , along with Owen that would be some strikeforce

So you think arsenal would have been just as good without french blood? And madrid and Barcelona only with spanish players? Stop living in the past. If you want to compete with the best you need talent from every corner of the globe. British players often have fighting spirit and moral, but just as often they lack technical abilities, flair and creativity. Mix a little french, a little british add a little south american spice. That my friend might just work out well.
