read this on the BBC website:

Thailand Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra's bid to buy a 30% stake in Liverpool has hit a last-minute hitch.
Thaksin's representatives were to have flown to Liverpool to conclude the £60m deal but the trip has been postponed indefinitely, the BBC has learned.
Lawyers from both sides will have to thrash out sticking points including how many seats the consortium will have on the Anfield board.
Thaksin said on Tuesday that the deal had been accepted "in principle".
But on Wednesday he admitted that a number of issues still had to be resolved.

Then he says "By the end of June, we'll own a stake in a Premiership club"

HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CLUB. HE JUST WANTS A STAKE IN ANY OLD CLUB!
