My opinion is still the same regarding Cisse, he's an average footballer who scores the majority of his goals based on instincts.

He has a first touch of a concrete floor, whether he plays up front on the flank his first touch is poor. There is no reason why my first touch is better than a professional footballer's.

Half of the time he lacks composure in front of goal and squanders chances he should put away. If the right bid comes [6-8 million] then I can see us selling him.

Morientes has been given the chance to prove himself and he hasn't done so. He too could be leaving.

But if you are talking about Owen than I hope it doesn't happen. As far as I'm concerned he had his chance last summer and didn't take it, therefore he's missed out.

If we win the FA of course he missed out. He left to win trophies yet its been two years and he won nothing more than an injury. I'd like to have Owen back although I don't want him back. Kind of a "glad to have you back" yet "don't mind if you dont return" kinda thing   :Oo: .

With Fowler signing I think that its the end of Mori. As said they perform a very similar job and had Mori started hitting the goal maybe Fowler wouldnt have got a new contract. As it stands Fowler has performed the better, cost us nothing in transfer and is probably on less salary also.

I hope to see both Mori and Cisse off soon but there is one supporting argument for Cisse.

When you are born you have certain physical attributes that throughout your life you can slightly improve but basically you are born with them. I.E. Cisse athletic abilty. Then there are other things that you can learn over your life such as sports and the skills related to it.

What I'm trying to say is it would be easier to teach Cisse to learn Finishing, Positioning, First touch, Link up play, passing etc etc ( There is alot for him to learn :P) than it would to train someone with all of these to be to be able to have the physical attributes that Cisse posses (Impossible as you are either born with it or you arent).

You can learn to play football (however long it takes)......   You can't learn to be as quick as Cisse, That you are born with.

Question is then, Could Cisse learn the skills he should already posses in the next 12 months?? Personally I doubt it hence the reason I would like him swapped to another club that can afford to be patient with him. But just imagine all that pace combined with football skills... What a player that would be !!!

Whatever the outcome may be, I dont want him to trasfer to another club just yet.

I have a funny feeling this Frenchman will turn out very much like his celebrated fellow country-man.

I really dont understand what are you talking about ?? But I do know that to improved in skills , is to play more games and at the position that you good at .

And as for Mori, I think Rafa will buy first on new striker first ( hopefully Defoe ) then he will sell Mori

The name might have changed, but the level of cr@p has not.

Kicking a ball against the wall in the playground on your lunch break should not be compared to a premiership match. Once again, the one that does not know, but does not know he does not know.

Something tells me that Cisse might actually be starting to turn the corner for LFC...you can't sniff at 20+ goals in a season where he wasn't even an automatic starter on the team. Though I have said in the past that he should go - everyone is allowed to change their mind. I still think Pongo should get a look-in; Le Tallec should go; Mori should go; Traore should be sold to the tinkers....Bring on Fowler for next season  :bowdown

I think Cisse will alway's score a few goals no matter who he plays for, but I would almost gurantee it he'll miss a hell of a lot more. While all strikers miss opportunities they dont all lack work rate, touch (as AB said :D ) a footballing brain and the knack to stay onside FFS to go with.

Cisse is a cross between Linford Christie and AdiAkinbadbuy and I just dont think he has the qualities Rafa is looking for, in the same breath I reckon we should offload Nando,Le Tallec and even Pongo. As good as Pongo is, and he is better than Cisse, he's never really got a look in and I dont think he's gonna start gettin a look in now maybe he'd be better off with regular first team football and we'd be better off with the cash.

What I'm saying is anyone can learn to play football. Not everyone can learn to run the 100m in under 11 seconds.

Cisse is frustrating but there is no doubt in my mind that the guy has heeps of ability. If we do sell him (which I think we will) I would hate to see him go to another Premiership Club as I feel that, it could come back to bite us on the :censored:.

His goal record this season speaks for itself but I think his time with LFC under Rafa will come to an end soon.
