That's a great 5 to pick Adam. I'd go for the same. :)

And what the f*ck is that supposed to mean?  :D

I'm 21 just for the record.

I met the whole Liverpool team on one occasion and Macca was an ignorant c*nt, wouldn't talk to anyone or sign autograph's - usually that wouldn't bother me as I'm sure it get's tiring and repetitive for them, but the whole team was there and didn't have any problem's socialising with anyone. Then you have the transfer saga to Real Madrid, he done us over and turned his back. Then to add to that, he recently said he's a blue and would bring his children up that way too...although that isn't nothing too big, it's a bit of an insult.

Have to agree about McManaman.  He was my favourite player when he was with us, one of the best ball dribblers the English game has ever produced.  His end product was questioned at times but he added this aspect to his game as he matured.  His goal v Celtic is probably my favourite Liverpool goal, closely followed by an almost identical goal he scored against Villa that same season.

But lets face it, he screwed us over big time.  One of the first big names to go on a Bosman, and unlike most out of contract players who wait until their contract has expired before signing for someone else, he signed for Madrid that January, so we knew he was leaving for definite which made it even worse.

There are a few other details surrounding the transfer.  The season before he left the LFC board allegedly accepted a 12 million bid from Barce behind Macca's back.  He didn't like it and refused to go.  Maybe a rift started because of that.  Then his mum died during his last season for us, you can understand the guy wanting a change of scenery and a fresh start after something like that.

Taking this into account maybe he had valid reasons for leaving, but his recent comments about bringing his kids up as blues just seems really strange and to be honest I don't really like the guy after that.  It's as if he has something against LFC since he left.

I don't care about the politics, or how he raises his own kids. When he played for us, he was the best dribbler in the league and possibly the world. I remember him, particularly against Newcastle, looking invincible and that's what I wanted to be. He would have got more recognition if the England set-up had given him the same role as he had for us. I even started following Madrid a bit when he went there. If you guys don't want him at your fantasy dinner party, that's your choice, but he's one of my boyhood heroes so he'd be on my guest-list any night.

1. Which game from this season has been you favorite? Which one will you always remeber and why?

2. If you could bring any player, currently employed abroad into the team for next season, who would it be?

3. What is your ultimate matchday food? Sounds like a bit of a weird one but I can't think of any football fan I know who doesn't have some sort of food based ritual on matchday.

4. With the lack of games for Ashley Cole and Wayne Bridge not impressing much this season, does Stephen Warnock disserve an England call up, or at least a second thought?

5. You're having a dinner party, and you are allowed to invite 5 Liverpool players/managers, past or present. Who would you invite and why?

6. God's cup tied and Little Luis is banned for the final. With this in mind, who starts against Portsmouth, and who starts in Cardiff?

1. Well the obvious stand-outs are Everton at Anfield, Chelsea in the semi and the Luton fight-back.

In a different vein, however, I really enjoyed our home win over Boro and our away win over Newcastle.  These are the types of fixtures that have given us problems in the past few years and we absolutely outclassed them this time around.  Watching those games had me convinced that the Rafalution had taken root and that we were once again ready to challenge for the league.

2. Shevchenko for me.  Pace, power and (usually) clinical finishing in one package.  He seems made for the English game, as well.

3. Fry-up.  Games are on at 10 AM over here (7:45 AM for a noon kick-off in England) and nothing beats tucking into a nice plate of eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, beans and toast while watching Liverpool.  Even better?--served at the pub with a pint of bitter with the game on the big screen!

4. I don't think so.  As Warnock himself admits, he needs to establish himself in the Liverpool first team before he can realistically have an impact for England.  I'd prefer Carra to deputize at left back in the event that Cole or Bridge can't play (or are sh!te).

5. I'm giving six in honour of the Saturday Six: Robbie and Carra (for the stories and for the passion), Dalglish (a legend who I have the utmost respect for), Rafa and Houllier (I'd love to hear them debate the merits of particular current/recent players, team tactics, etc...now that would be interesting!) and Owen (to give him a kick up the a.rse for his decisions over the last two summers!)

6. I'd start Nando and Cisse up front against Portsmouth to let them find some form for Cardiff.  Against West Ham, I'd pair Cisse with Crouch (unless Nando has a blinder against Pompey).  Cisse may intimidate the Hammers a bit given his performance at Upton Park recently and that can work to our advantage.

1. Luton, it was the perfect game. 3 great goals including one from xabi in his own half, a great comeback and to top it off gerrard fell flat on his arse in the middle of his interview!

2. Ronaldo (the fat one)

3. Hot dog? dunno really

4. Ashley cole should certainly go (the best left back in the world imo) but Wayne Bridge hasnt overly impressed me recently so I would say Warnock should have a say in going to the World Cup.

5. Gerrard, Carra, Rafa, Robbie and........ Traore! just so i can give him a slap.

6. Fowler and Crouch against Portsmouth, Cisse and Crouch in the final

The chelsea semi final. I loved beating them shitre bags at that ground. Where's your double gone? The derby was close but the semi for me.

Unrealistic target: Messi. Realistic: i'd like to see david villa, podolski or owen back. Although with the result yesterday i feel rafa might take a punt on andy johnsen.

Eccles cake. always had one from anfield.

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO he's a liverpool player but the lad needs to be moved on not good enough for the prem imo.

Dalglish for his wit. Mcmanaman, fowler for their stupidity. Rush cos he is a legend. (kenny is aswell) Molby because he was my favourite player a sublime passer. I watch 86 cup final when im ill and molby his class.

Who Starts? Portsmouth:
                     Reina

Finnan carra agger  warnock

Kromkamp sissoko alonso kewell

         morientes

              Fowler

Who starts final:

            Reina
Finnann Carra Hyypia  JAR

         Sissoko Alonso

  Gerrard                 Kewell

            Morientes

              Crouch

1. definitely the bluesh#te at home. a game which will mainly be remembered for an alonso masterclass after gerrard's sending off.

2. probably samuel eto'o, based on ability and age.

3. hot dog all the way.

4. warnock has a long way to go before he's international class. at the moment i still think konchesky would be a better bet.

5. bill shankley, rafael benitez, jamie carragher and robbie fowler.

6. if alonso's out then i think we'll see cisse on the right wing with crouch and morientes upfront. if it was up to me, i'd play kromkamp on the right with cisse upfront.
