Why would we sell Kewell? Ok, he had some problems due to injury but he is now playing consistently and has contributed a lot this season. I really think people should leave the past in the past and focus on the present. Sure he was not what everyone expected when he came from Leeds and yes, he is "showing the goods" a little late but better late than never. If Gonzales gets his work permit that would mean we would have two really good left wings on the team. If we sell Kewell then it would only be Gonzales with maybe Zenden as cover. For what I have seen I'd rather have Kewell there than Zenden. With Gonzales on the team I can also see Kewell taking his game up a notch to win his place so it will only be better for the club if he stays IMO.

Kewell will not be sold, end of story. On many occassions Rafa has said that when Gonzales comes he will be able to fulfil many different positions - left full back, left wing, right wing and behind the strikers. Why on earth would we sell Kewell just when he is getting back to the form which made him one of the best players in the league? This is typical, 2 plus 2 equals 5 journalism. Liverpool sign left winger, current left winger must leave.
