I don't mean to be pessimistic but I'll be bloody surprised if Alonso hasn't broken his ankle, he was stretchered off and Rafa's face at half time as he was going down the tunnel said it all.

Wow.  West Ham just missed a penalty but Henry's scored for Arsenal.  If Robinson didn't save it, Tottenham would've been in big trouble.

Alonso has come back out onto the dug-out, unaided, therefore it's not a leg break. He looks in some discomfort but he was (f)ucking lucky.

Nope it's nothing serious, just a bad twist. Altho I doubt he'll start next week.

That's good.  As long as it's not a serious long-term injury.  If we're going to challenge Chelsea for the title next year, we need Alonso.
