If you're one of the people who are posting less frequently than you used to, please explain why. It might solve some arguments! Ciggy and Supersub seem to be among these, but there are definitely others.

If you're NOT one of these people, please use Peewee's thread so this area is kept relatively clear.

It would be a shame if the best members are driven away by the worst.

I post a bit less due to the end of the season and there's nobody to defend.

I post more when I disagree than when I agree. The Morientes defending battle was lost against the BigMick camp . I posted more also, when Crouch had an important drought, and we had some doubts at the start of the season. And also when we were not scoring and our srikers were under suspicion.

Now there are less games, everything goes well, and I find less reasons to post, but as I've said earlier I'll have new peaks of spamming in this forum when we start signing up people, and the new season starts.

In my case there are not external reasons nor posters who keep me from posting.

i fall in and out love with this forum on a regular basis. during february and march i hardly even came on here due to heavy work load and general not bothered-with-it-ness, the last 3 weeks or so i've been on a lot and now i'm on much less again. i've witnessed a few of these communal forum soul searching episodes now and i can't be bothered getting involved with this one that much. people will leave, people will come back, newbies will join, some will stay and be good members, others will be cack. it's an internet forum, that's all - occasionally its very very good, mostly its better than average, sometimes its rubbish - which is also weirdly just like real life.

if people are worried about a lack of quality posts get your bums into gear and make a few quality posts, see if you can do something about it instead of waiting for a forum saviour to come back. i too miss regular contributions by bigmick, jbg, ciggy, john craig, etc etc - but i'm not going to sit here sulking and waiting for them to come back before i decide the forum is good again.

the summer is always a weird time on here as there's not much going on apart from a whole bunch of speculation about who we might possibly sign. there'll be a upward blip just before and after we win the cup final and maybe a little to discuss about our players performances in the world cup and then when some transfers actually happen. but right now there is so little to discuss and most of us, i guess, are sick of repeating ourselves.
