Is he definatley getting a work permit in the summer? Is that dependent on him getting married or being in Spain for 5 years ?

Now I have all the confidence that we'll avoid relegation, it was the last difficult match of the season, and now we depend on ourselves.

I expected a player on loan that would help our bad left wing, I didn't expect a player on loan that he becomes the fúcking leader of the team. His commitment to be in a team that he'll leave in summer, has won my utter respect. The lad is class, he shoots, he's aware, he provokes yellow cards, and he's tackled harshly due to this. Good buy. Viva Mark!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I must sleep, I'm drunk

The lad deserves his own song.

Just read that he scored against Madrid in a 1-1 draw look like a promising goal scoring winger.

Good player. Watched the game last night. Good control, decent pace and a cracking shot. Terrorised Madrid for 90 minutes and got his goal. If he continue to build his fitness and work hard he will definately be in the first 11 next year. That is if he is allowed to play here. If he is not good enough to get a work permit in england then who is?

I think he'll be eligable for a spanish passport soon ace , so there should be no more problems.

Anyone got any links to his goal. Its a shame he couldnt have been playing for us sooner. But credit to Rafa for loaning him out to get proper match fitness. I just hope he adjusts quickly to the pace of premiership. Im sad for Chile not going to the world cup but for me that is a great opporunity for Mark to carry on working with Rafa while everyone else is in Germany.

Ive seen him a few times now and he is the bo ll ocks.  A couple off things he needs to improve on are tackling and helping out in defence.

For sure, i think Rafa will easily improve these attributes when he finally gets to melwood.
