I think even if they were honest with themselves Lynds they know how tough a task it will be coming to Anfield and picking up 3 points. I do expect Liverpool to win the derby but there wont be anything like the scoreline some people might be expecting us to win. Moyes will have them fired up like a Joe Royle type Everton where they will bite at everything and hope to stifle us in the middle. Liverpool to win 2-1. :)

Prediction: This game has a Robbie Fowler hat-trick written all over it.

The guy is going to be so fired up I can't see anything other than fireworks. I'm not going to predict a cricket score, but we're rampant at the minute. Fine, so we've had our fair share of luck, and have been up against some poor sides, but even so - our strikers' tails are all up, we're attacking fluently, and to be honest I think any side in the league would be worried about meeting us on current form.

I agree, I think this game has Fowler written all over it (not sure about a hat-trick but here’s hoping!). It kind of relates to a poll that was on here a little while ago where some suggested that Carragher was an excellent player who put in world class performances because he’s playing for Liverpool, and that he perhaps wouldn’t be world class in any other team.  I think Fowler used to be world class, but is now a decent player who gives us options :)

However I think we will get more from Fowler that any other team would get from him. Every player is going to be fired up for the derby, but Fowler has so much to fight for and every reason to stretch every sinew in his body to pull out the goods. He’s back at Liverpool, looking for a contract for next year, 1 goal away from beating Daglish’s all time goal scoring record, and playing the Bluenoses next.

If I was a betting man I’d have some money on Fowler getting booked for an over zealous calibration, and Moyes looking pretty sick at the final whistle. Though as I say I’m not a betting man, and I doubt Ladbrokes would take ‘looking pretty sick’ as a bet anyway.

Come on the pool!

Witha bit of luck the rumours that Gollum's off to Newcastle might unsettle them a tad, then again their usual tactics will probably kicking our players rather than the ball.???

I've got a feeling that (if selected) Robbie will score at the Kop end,boy that would really give those Toffee t***s something to be bitter about!! :D

Fowler will play this weekend unless he got injured. He was cuptied yesterday. So he has the full energy to blast and there is a great that he might score more than 1 goal in this game. I think we'll win with clean sheet... 3-0.....
