I've been on the lash since 12:00pm this afternoon give or take half an hour or so, and I'm home now. Had a Chinese meal and everything.

Dead posh, even had hand towels and toothpicks, the lot. Christ, what it didn't have isn't worth mentioning.

Did I do good?

It's only quarter to ten bells pee em.

Good for my standards.

And my standards are really low.

I'm fucking well pleased with myself, considering my local is a sick gaff that never sleeps. Normally, I'd be straight there and I'd stagger home tomorrow. This is early for me.

I could be there now but fuck that. Enough is enough.

I'm to bed shortly, I'm fucking fooked.

I don't care, as Houllier said once, I've hit a plateau.

I hit some kind of brick wall last week that I can't be bothered metaphorically trying to knock down. I can drink for England mate if it was a competition but last week the booze got the better of me and I'm trying to respect it at the moment because it beat me and I was pretty ill. It's a fucking demon.

I think I'm admitting it's time I slowed down a bit, and what better day to declare this than Paddies Day?

Fair play well I drank for Ireland today, I swear Im not well now. Im really not looking forward to tomorrow I know Im going to be dying.
