Have a go at Parry by all means, but don't do it based on a completely groundless statement.
Our current, soon-to-be-expired deal with Reebok is worth £100m over 8 years. Chelsea's new deal with Adidas is worth £100m over 10 years, and don't forget that they had to pay Umbro something like £25m to get out of their old deal.
Not sure about the money involved in the Adidas deal, but unless it's worth less than £7.5m a year - which I very much doubt it is, it's definitely not going to be any worse than Chelsea's has worked out.
