I think this is because I am with AOL and often their "ip address" is located in New York. the support team at www.sky-broadband.com have told me to contact AOL for a different ip address. Does anyone else have the same problem or is just with AOL?

i have just downloaded the new Sky by Broadband software but I can't run it. I downloaded the software, successfully installed it and then updating the Windows Licenses about 6 times... but now finally tells me that I appear to be outside the UK!

I try turning the computer off then on.
