Arsenal brought in a sports psychologist before their game in Madrid. The England cricket team used one during the Ashes. I don't know how extensively Liverpool use one, but do you think it would be a good idea? Most of the team seem to have a "mental" block when it comes to finishing. It seems to be a mental thing rather than anything to do with ability.

What do you think?

Well, unless Crouch is trying to hit the post, and Fowler is willing the linesman to disallow his goals continually, I think it'd be a big fat waste of time.

Maybe someone needs to talk to Morientes and Cisse, but I'm guessing more like a priest to administer the last rites to their LFC careers than a sports psychologist.

But a team psychologist could never be a bad thing!

Rushie was there helping out Owen before he left. He was an influence on Robbie too. Is he still coaching at Melwood? If not, would it be a good idea?

rushie to be playing isn't a bad idea !

the team is still dominating people and crouch is a post width from abot 6 goals in the last couple of games. (even though i didn't shout that in the pub last night when he hit the keeper from 4 yards away)

i think we can hold off on scented candle and yuri gellar just yet mate

A team psychologist would not be a bad idea. "the goal is your enemy, you have to destroy your enemy...". Now that I think of it, a striking coach would be better. Even better: a new striker

We need to get British players and scouse fans so we can be a proper clkub again not some foeign based southern team. Im sick of thelack of scousers at the game.
