Challenging for the title this year is impressive as is semi-finals of CL but don't forget that last season when he had no money to spend he got the team to CL beating some other team, fairly easily, who spent loads more, on the last day.

He changes the team too much for my liking but he is getting good results.

I know MON is always mentioned but Ranieri would be good too.

I am afraid that Liverpool players need is a Man motivator in charge, is Ranieri one, I don't think so, he is a good manager. But he is not the type of manager that we need.

i really hope mourihno doesn't go to chelsea. he'd get treated abysmally if he didn't win everything, just like ranieri has been.

the guy is gonna be coveted by everyone. he's on the verge of taking porto to the champions league final. liverpool must try and get him.

No way to Ranieri.Nice bloke and all that,but he doesnt look any better then Houllier.O`Leary would make more sense then him "as I say".

Mourinho was quoted in the press saying that he won't manage Chelsea for that exact reason.

well, porto have just made the champions league final, and I think I read a quote somewhere that Mourinho would stay at Porto if they make the final of The CL, could be boll##ks.

Ranieri is just like foolier only italian! Not good enough. Mourinho, Oneill, Capello or Rykjaard

Ranieri is not the man for us but yet he will be available like MON,mourinho and lippi.
We would not be far off if we went for them in that order.

I deffo agree that we need a motivator to get the most out of the players we've got!!

I don;t really wanna see MON at Anfield as the next manger but I could be wrong about the guy, I would like to a big european manager in charge so that we can get the big names to want to come to LFC :cool:

I saw in a CL interview that Mourinho knows nothing about going to Chelsea, he also said he got a letter to go to some africian country I think or some s##t like that to manage a team.
