Buying tickets with a fancard - Help!

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby 2520years » Wed Mar 01, 2006 10:42 am

I've got a fancard.  My wife has got a fancard.

When I try to buy tickets on-line I can only buy one with my fancard, log out and log back in as my wife and buy one more ticket.  This means we won't be sat together.

Am I wrong?  How do I buy two seats together?

It's probably worth mentioning that I HAVE linked the two fancards together.

Probably better to ring the club direct and SPEAK to someone mate. That way you can provide the two fancard numbers together and get seated together.

LFC ticket line number is 0870 220 2151

Ticket Office enquiries is 0870 220 2345

Thanks, but I've tried and tried and I still can't even get in the queue.

I managed to get three tickets on-line as a fancard isn't required for the Fulham game.  I rang to ask for help but the lady led me astray (in the sense that she gave me duff information that didn't work!)

I can't see any way to link the seats together but I'll worry about it next time I want tickets.

The chances are there aren;t any together. If you can get access to the booking systme earlier you may have better luck. The only other option is to book to single seats and offer to swap seat with someone when you get there.

I did get three together in the end so they were there, it was just the way the website has been set up.  They certainly don't make buying tickets easy...but then they don't have to!

You must link BOTH cards to one another, not just one to the other.

If you pass me you log on details (PM not on here of course) I can sort it for you.

The ticket line is a joke.  Never get through!!!

When Away games go on sale to fancard, I get through no probs but Home games on a weekend is murder

Thanks Leon, I've just sorted it.  The lady on the helpline said I only need to link one to the other, but now I've linked both as you said it works like a charm.
