As a Real Madrid and LFC supporter I wouldn't suggest we'd sign up Ronaldo. He's fat.

In another post he claims that AS and MARCA are known liars.

Welcome Carlos :)

He's having weight problems, is not as lightning quick as during his heyday at Barca or PSV die to those string of injuries and can be considered as rather lazy for a team like Benitez likes with busy, hardwarking off the ball forwards.

But, despite all the above, he can score loads of goals and can certainly top the goal shy Nando and Cisse anytime.

he is still class, it just depends on wages and the transfer fee to say weather or not he would be a good signing, i think he will score goals wherever he goes.

A lot of you said whehn these rumors were first circulating that he was wast of money for what Madrid would charge but read this artticle and then tell me for £5Mil would be prepared to spend it on a former world cup winner and world player of the year.

Newspaper reports today claim that Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez is preparing a shock swoop for Real Madrid striker Ronaldo.

It is claimed that the boss has made an approach for the Brazilian who will be allowed to leave the Bernabeu in the summer.

There's no advertising in the KopTalk Gold Club!
The 29-year-old could be allowed to leave the Spanish giants for as little as £5million.

Insider sources revealed earlier this year that Ronaldo was an option. We understand that the player's agent is touting him around the Premier League and the first offer came the way of Rafa.

Bit more than stocky.

I used to love Ronaldo.  That season at Bareclona was amazing and I dont think I will ever see a player have a season like that again.  40 goals.  However the Ronaldo today isnt the same player and his best days are way behind him.

News of the world talking shiteeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.   Past his best just like morientes. We don't need anothere has been!!! If he lost a bit of weight and got his head back into Football then "Yes". Would be a sensation in premiership, but at the moment wouldn't touch him Needs to Shape up. Thats why at the moment he's past his best. But i'm sure Rafa would lick him into shape if he came and with our fans and if he started scoring early i'm sure he would love it and it could turn out to be the buy of the season, but who knows its one of them a right gamble. But hey what have we to lose even now would prob score more than cisse and morro put together over a season.

There`s no doubting his class if he was to sign I think rafa would be the man to get him back in shape.
He would give us goals and assists and I believe Benitez would get him working for the team.
If not maybe a career in sumo wrestling awaits, sorry ron don`t know an easier way to make money by letting yourself go.
