babu do you have some problem that doesn't allow u to read properly? I've been here talking about LFC and never treated anyone in a rude way. After a benfica fan, dunno why, says sh*t about FC Porto for more than 20lines, I have to answer him. I tell you he's being rude, I wish u luck and all you got to say is "I just wish these Porto fans would p*ss of"?! Why is that?! Is this a forum for everyone who likes LFC, or do I have to be LFC member to enter it?
The next time try to behave as an elite member of this forum, read all from the beginning and then make a jugdement, cause I haven't been the one to start all this sh*t. Or do benfica fans have more right to come here than me...? And if yes, why? Because they want you to lose and I want you to win? Great logic. Thinking like that you might be best friends with some benfica fan no doubt.

I dont think he directly meant you, there are several posters that just post for us to beat Benfica and that does stir them up. Also, I dont know portuguese but it is similar to spanish and

Hi there! As a Benfica fan i love to see my club playing with big teams like LFC. Now we are where we belong.

About the match: 1st half awful, with 2 defensive teams; 2nd half better thanks to Karagounis. We tried to score, you don't and the result is fair.

In Anfield: it will be hard, but we can trough to the quarters; we have an important advantage but u will play at home. We will have good support in Liverpool as we had in old trafford. Our eagle Vitória goes too

PS: LFC is one of my favourite teams in UK. Now, i like Chelsea too, because they have a mini-portuguese community.

, Portugal have a population of what, 11 million? I seriously doubt everyone likes football, none the less Benfica so I would estimate about 1 million fans in Portugal (AT MOST). Do you really think there are 13 million Benfica fans in the world? I really doubt that outside of Portugal they have that much support. If they DO really have those many fans, then I dont really want to imagine how many fans Liverpool have. Now THAT would be HUGE figures :eyebrow

Guys, please ignore some of these people. There are good and bad supporters in any club. I always like to think of benfica fans as being better than this, but it's getting to be a hard case to make.

Benfica fans are like any others. Some are fanatics, some not that much, some are arrogants, some not.

Don't judge a group of supporters by the actions of some kids in Internet. Some of Benfica supporters here in this forum are just kids. Don't listen to them.

I can't wait to go Liverpool for the second game ( Not sure about the trip yet :sniffle

It's a kind of a dream, going to Anfield to watch a game. Always liked Liverpool. Me and some people here in Portugal use to say that Liverpool is the "Benfica of England" because both teams have a glorious past and in the few years were a little sleepy.

In my opinion i think the second game will be pretty hard for Benfica. We will need some luck and work alot to eliminate Liverpool. But this is football. Anything can happens
