Crytech, the company that made FarCry, sold the rights to the name to Ubisoft and fell out with them, so FarCry 2 will be known as Crysis.

There will probably be a "FarCry2" down the line but I wouldn't be that interested in it.

Crysis is the most amazing looking game I have ever seen.  :kungfu:

You'll find a preview in this months PC Gamer - with a demo of Star Wars - Empire at War and Commandos Strike Force  :buttrock

PS3 and Rev are going to be launched within a month of each other around November. The new Zelda is going to be reprogramed so that it is accessable to both NGC and Rev and rumours are abound that a new Gran Turismo game will head up Sony's release titles. Both will have wi/fi and online capabilities but only the Rev will allow you to download every previous title to have been released on the Nes, Snes, N64 or NGC. And both Sony and Nintendo are laughing their heads off at Microsoft who have cocked up their US market by outpricing the X360 and now no-one in the US is really interested. To buy an X360 console costs around $400, to buy one with all the little bits that make it worth having it's about $600, but without a high-def TV it isn't that much more impressive than an X-box so add on the price of a high def TV and you're looking at a price in excess of $1500. The PS3 (with optional high-def configuration) will be around $300 with no extras needed and the Rev is being projected at a staggeringly low $200 (the rev has had it's polygons fiddled with so that high def is unnecessary because of what the machine can do). It is starting to look more and more like the X360 has done a bit of a Dreamcast. The real next-gen will arrive in October/November.

No chance will GT4 be released with the PS3, all GT games are always delayed at least 6 months   :eyebrow

When it comes to playing games, i like to play the WWII type games,

you see i find that to experience the war games that i play its better to play them on a P.C rather than a console, reason being the P.c has alot more resources than a console i.e Graphics.

Games i have for my P.C (which run at the max setting)

Moh.AA
MOH.SH
MOH.BT
MOH.PA

COD.1
COD.UO
COD.2

BIA. Road to hill 30
BIA.EIB (earned in blood)

Battle field 2
Battle fild 2, special forces

Tiger woods. PGA tour 2005
PES. 2005
FIFA2005

Doom 3
Quake 4
Half life 2 (including CS source)

Need for speed, most wanted

but what i can gather the only console that comes close to matching a P.C graphics wise is a XBOX 360 or w/e there called.

Ghool 'n' Ghost and Ghosts 'n' Goblins were both solid, probably as hard as R-Type.

Yes, it was a classic saga of the genesis / Megadrive.

It was a nice "Double Dragon"ish game
