the players that should be priority to go, is heskey, biscan, traore, cheyrou ( to be fair he has had a good run int he time this year and only plays a good match when he feels like it) i think keeping the other players til we find players jsut as good or better is sensible enough, hopefully cisse will be better than heskey, but those are the 4 we should be getting rid of for definite, diao deserves a good run in the time, hes never got it and kewell just needs more time, give him another season to show what he can do

Hello again ! Sorry I havent replied to some of your posts on my topic, not logged on for a few days, but 32 replies! yippee!
It seems ive hit the nerves of some of the "die hard scouse brigade" ...with petty name calling like 'nugget' etc etc...very sad!
Scared me off?

You should have all seen me and my posts on "Koptalk.co.uk" a while back! I was something of a cult hero before i got barred from then site!!!!!
The conclusions I have made from reading a lot of your replies to my post is:
1. you should all stop wearing you hearts on your sleeves
2. you should stop getting angry with your pc's and insulting people you dont know.
3. you should get some football knowledge!
4. you should go and watch the reds at Anfield for real like I do, to get a better picture!

A few facts for you all to digest:
1. we havent lost this many games at home in a season for 50 years!
2. First time we have lost an opening game at home V Chelsea at anfield since 1923!
3. Last season, worst run without a win since 1953
4. havent won the league for 14 years.
5. Worst start to the season for 50 years

there are a few others too! i cant think of at the time of writing this, but ....this is the worst Liverpool side EVER!!!!!!!
worse than any Roy evans side (with fowler Macca etc) and any souness side!
Keep harry kewell? Do me a favour! . Kewell, Murphy and Heskey...most of the time when they are playing, you dont even know they are playing! they have no impact on the game whatsoever! I should know I sit in the centenery stand for most matches!
Steven Gerrard is the only player worthy of wearing the red shirt in my book.
Hamaan wants to be a centre half Im sure!
Listen guys, i know sh*te football when i see it! Id bring in a few quality players to replace my list:
1. Jermaine pennant -qualtity player whom we should be snapping up now to replace diouf.
2. Robbie Keane- Up front with Owen
3. Or Baros- regular starter.
4. BUllock, played for Blackpool in the LDV cup final and was outstanding to watch; can dribble pass, take people on, has pace etc, already a better player than murphy and could add something to the team.

Nice defence Hustler, i'm warming to you but your boasting about being banned from a previous forum isn't something to brag about

I find myself reading your defence and nodding in agreement at some of what your saying . Yes, its a disappointing season and i've seen a few !!!!! However this is definitly NOt as bad as some of Siuness's sides and Evans was exciting to watch but ultimately a false dawn, Who knows perhaps this is another one but you can't seriously believe this side is worse in living memory ?

Also , I do got to the games but disagree that those that attend are the only ones who have the right to an opinion. I'm a season ticket holder and one of the privaleged few, I attend half a dozen Away games a season as well but apart from the obvious difference being there than watching on Sky (seeing teh whole of the Pitch Vs 16 Camera angles) your on dodgy ground if you think that attenders are the only ones whose opinion is worthy

Your post sounds a little like a Rant to be honest and Although I understand your frustration , your losing objectivity with some of your suggestions. Kewell will prove to be an important signing for LFC and I'm surprised you had a go at him, Hamann is so underrated as a player.

Fair enough, Smicer, Biscan, Cheyrou, Traroe and maybe Murphy aren't good enough and some of your suggested replacements are noteworthy , particulalry Pennant who I think is potentialy England material.

In closing I'm not here to make enemies but i fear you will with your approcah and writing style

We can't see the future to see Baros capability.
But i believe you don't have the ground for saying he's no good.

Did someone say lizarazu (SP!!!) isnt he about 43 or something now?
Also, this talk about Alan Smith... you have to remember that the guy gets more red cards than goals, not what we want here. Personally id get rid of:
Biscan
Traore
Heskey
Babbel

loan out:
La Tallec
Osmerod (SP!!)
Mellor
Cheyrou possibly

And lets bring in:
Mexes or Dawson
Ciise
Van Der Vart
Malbranque

There is no need to sell everyone, we should loan some out, see what they can do. Also id like to keep smicer, hes a good little squad player

Good one Hustler.

This is exacly the time to make unpopular decisions and sacrifices. I have been very disappointed with Owen for 3 full years. Hyypia has been s##t for 2 years. Murphy has never been useful at all. I say replace them.

I have been a football fan for 20 years. I have been to Maracana, La Bombonera, Azteca, San Siro, Camp Nou, Anfield etc. I have seen great teams, and I know when I see s##t. We have built a team terribly short on SKILLS. Some of our players can't even perform the most basic activities. Carragher, Murphy, Owen, Diao and Biscan to name some of the worst offenders. There is no balance in our squad. All our strikers are small (except Heskey who mostly plays in midfield), all our defenders are slow, midfielders too similar. Our players don't have the physique to break down other teams and dominate games. We lack pace, stamina and strenght in key areas. These are only a few of the things than needs immediate attention.

My conclusions are based on rational thinking. I have disconnected my heart from my braincells. Of course I wish that Carragher could pass the ball, that Owen had strenght and determination, that Hyypia had pace and Murphy could dominate the opposition.
