I've heard the name before, but he is unproven.

Winning a youth world cup or something is one thing, playing at the highest level is another.

I expect him to start in the reserves for a while.

Just shows you how widespread the LFC scout network is, to pluck him from south america.

well they did win the tournament, so he must have gotten the ball? But that being said I have heard nothing but praise for palletta, and I hope he comes good !

I watched pretty much every match from the youth world cup, Paletta, Obi Mikel, and Messi stole the show, you know the bother the other 2 have caused purchase wise so I think we have a solid transfer. He looked above average at the cup, interesting to see how he does at a higher level.

I did mean to post a load of stuff i'd read about him....but i'd just got in from the pub and after reading my emails.....couldn't be bothered because i had to be up for work

I've seen him play, and he is good. Big lad he is. As tall as the big finn and faster and better on the ball. Can't see why he shouldn't be a big hit already next year. We could have a player just as valuable as Heinze is for scum.
