I was at the game on Tuesday & about ten different people said that SWP was coming in the summer & that a price of £10 million was agreed but it was too late(good old Rafa, again too late) . Has anyone else heard the same whisper?

Would be astonished if Chelsea wrote off 11 milliion in transfer value for a player that hasn't been given a proper chance, and especially not to LFC. There is far too much bitterness between the clubs for that to be considered.
