I think that's unfair, Crouch hasn't played badly for us this season.  ok he's missed a few chances, but his presence in the 1st team is benefical.

In what way is it benefical?

How does he contribute? What does he contribute? In what ways? What options does he give us? What are his main strengths and weaknesses?

Cisse's got speed, morientes has got skill, Crouch has got height, and Fowler has it all + attitude (bar height) :p

Why don't you ask him to write a 1000 word essay on "How Crouch holds the ball up"?  :D

To be honest Im a bit pushed to say who our best striker is, I prefer Cisse when he comes on as a sub rather than starting, Im a fan of Crouch's touch ons and the  way he set people up (altough they never seem to be where he places the ball) It's early days for Fowler but Im hoping he makes us all proud.  Im not sure we have an out and out striker, we need one. Maybe Rafa's idea is that anyone one the team from midfield up are our strikers. :eyebrow

I JUST COULDN,T PICK ANY OF OUR STRIKERS BECAUSE WE DONT HAVE A TOP STRIKER AT THE MOMENT  THEY ALL SEEM TO BE DOING A JOB FOR THE TEAM, BUT NOT ONE OF THEM IS OUR TOP STRIKER  OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH GREAT FORWARDS BUT RIGHT NOW ITS BEYOND A JOKE, CISSE   NANDO TRIES BUT ITS JUST TO PHYISICAL FOR HIM IN THE PREMIERSHIP  CROUCH HOLDS THE BALL UP WELL AND OF THE BALL HE IS GOOD...BUT THE BOTTOM LINE IS HE IS NEVER GOING TO SCORE LOADS OF GOALS FOR US, FOWLER  NOW IM PRAYING HE GETS FIT AND STARTS SCORING THE GOALS WE NEED  ???

At the rate the "main" strikers (Morro, Crouch and Cisse) contribute towards our goals for tally count this season, a not-fully-fit Fowler has plenty of chance to establish himself as the main striker.

Who is the besr striker? We have none at the moment. Fowler can teach Morro and Cisse a lot about scoring goals.
