Crouch and Morientes wont scare anyone sorry.
Both are slow, Nando has more tactical knowledge of the game than Crouch.
But we will NOT be tearing teams apart with 2 target men upfront, its one or the other.
Morientes and Pongolle, or Crouch and Cisse, or Cisse and Pongolle.
Our goal difference should be 100 by now the amount of crosses coming into that box, its just we have got a proper fox in the box thats letting us down.
Lyndsey ya talkin rubbish. Baros has pace, look at the difference in the side having Crouch instead of Baros.
Pace is great, but being a footballer is more important. Robbie Fowler never had an ounce of pace yet played upfront on his own after Rush left and scored 35 goals in a season. Are you saying he didn't scare anyone?
Pace is a great asset but its not the be all and end all. Zidane... One of the best players of all time wasn't lightening quick. Alright he wasn't a slouch but genuine "pace" wasn't a strength.
